Warranty Policy
Renderboxes Ltd
This Warranty Policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the warranty services provided by Renderboxes Ltd (“Renderboxes”, “we”, “our”) for all bespoke hardware products purchased directly from us. This policy applies to both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) customers.

Coverage
All Renderboxes systems are covered by the following standard warranty terms:
- 1.1 Labour Warranty
1-Year Return-to-Base (RTB) labour warranty from the date of delivery. - 1.2 Parts Warranty
3-Year warranty on all components supplied and installed by Renderboxes. - 1.3 Technical Support
3-Year unlimited access to telephone, email, and remote support for issues relating to original Renderboxes hardware.

Scope of Warranty
The Renderboxes warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware faults that occur under normal use
- Technical support for resolving system performance or operational issues
We reserve the right to repair or replace any defective parts or systems covered by this warranty.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
- Third-party hardware added after delivery that damages the system
- Alterations or modifications to the original hardware configuration not authorised by Renderboxes
- Issues resulting from overclocking, firmware updates, or crypto-mining
- Cosmetic damage or wear and tear
- Software or operating system issues not directly related to Renderboxes-supplied hardware

Repairs and Turnaround Time
- Most repairs are completed within 10 business days of the scheduled start date.
- If replacement parts are not in stock, repair times may be extended.
- All repaired components are covered for either the remainder of the original warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Return and Packaging Requirements
- Customers must package all items securely when returning them for warranty service.
- Damage caused by improper packaging is not covered.
- Warranty claims must be approved in advance by Renderboxes. Do not return any items without authorisation.
Shipping Costs
- The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Goods to Renderboxes for warranty repair.
- Renderboxes will cover the cost of return shipping once repairs are complete (UK only).

Transfer of Warranty
- Warranty coverage does not automatically transfer with resale of the system.
- To request a transfer, the original purchaser must contact Renderboxes with the new owner’s details.
- Systems sold to approved resellers are eligible for warranty transfer if noted at time of sale.

How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact our service desk at servicedesk@renderboxes.com with your order number and description of the issue.
- A support technician will assist with troubleshooting and, if necessary, issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
- Follow all instructions provided for packaging and returning the system.

Support for Non-Hardware Issues
Technical support for software-related issues, such as reinstalling Windows or drivers, is not covered under this warranty but may be offered at our discretion. Charges may apply for out-of-scope services.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your warranty has expired, Renderboxes may still offer out-of-warranty repair services for a fee. Diagnostic charges and cost of parts will be quoted in advance. Contact servicedesk@renderboxes.com to enquire.

Limitation of Liability
Renderboxes is not responsible for:
- Loss of data or software
- Business interruption, lost revenue, or consequential losses
- Damage caused during unauthorised repairs or third-party service

Warranty Start Date
Warranty coverage begins on the date the Goods are delivered to the Customer.

Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
