What finance options do you offer? 
We offer two finance options depending on system value and customer type:
Klarna – Automated checkout payment options for eligible Renderboxes systems under £10,000 inc. VAT
Business finance via MediaLease – Available for UK business users on systems £10,000 ex VAT and above, subject to approval
Do you offer Klarna?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout for eligible Renderboxes systems under £10,000 inc VAT.
Klarna is an automated payment option and operates independently of our business finance offering.
Do you offer finance for higher-value systems?
Yes. For systems with a value of £10,000 ex VAT and above, we offer business finance in partnership with MediaLease.
This is a manual approval process, not instant checkout finance.
Who can apply for business finance?
Business finance is available to UK business users only, including limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, charities, and PLCs.
Finance is not available for personal or consumer purchases.
Is finance approval instant?
No. Business finance via MediaLease is manually assessed.
Typical approval times are 1–5 working days, depending on the applicant’s trading history, size, and requested amount. All finance is subject to status and underwriting.
What can be financed?
Finance is available for complete Renderboxes systems only.
Standalone components, individual parts, or post-purchase upgrades (including GPUs, storage, or memory) cannot be financed separately.
What happens if I’m approved for less than the full amount?
If the approved amount is lower than requested, Renderboxes will help revise the system specification to fit within the approved budget.
Can I use Klarna for systems over £10,000 inc VAT?
No. Klarna is only available for systems under £10,000 inc VAT.
Systems valued at £10,000 and above must be purchased outright or via business finance through MediaLease.
How is VAT handled?
The minimum finance eligibility threshold is £10,000 ex VAT.
VAT treatment can vary depending on the funder and agreement structure. MediaLease will confirm the exact terms during the application process.
Who manages the finance application?
MediaLease manages the finance application, lender selection, and approval process.
Renderboxes supports the process by coordinating system specification, pricing, and delivery.
Is Renderboxes the finance provider?
No. Renderboxes introduces customers to MediaLease, an independent FCA-authorised finance brokerage. MediaLease manages the finance process and approval.
Is finance guaranteed?
No. All finance applications are subject to status, underwriting, and lender approval.
Who is MediaLease and who provides the finance?
MediaLease is an independent finance provider and brokerage, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. They work with an extensive panel of circa 30 approved banks and leasing companies who may provide the finance.
In most cases MediaLease is not the lender themselves, but acts as a facilitator/arranger between the customer and the lender. In these cases, MediaLease may receive a commission from the Lessor/Funder once a finance agreement has been activated.

We are an independent finance provider /brokerage, working with our extensive panel of circa 30 approved Banks and leasing companies, who offer a varied range of financial products and services.
